By creating an account or using MealNest AI, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you add a family member's information to your account, including a minor's, you represent that you have the authority to provide that person's information. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the service.
Your Account
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and promptly update it if it changes. You must be an adult capable of entering into a binding agreement to create an account.
Description of Service
MealNest AI generates weekly meal plans based on the family profiles, allergy and dietary restrictions, and pantry information you provide. Restrictions you specify are enforced as hard rules in how meal plans are generated, not left to best-effort judgment.
No Medical or Nutritional Guarantee
MealNest AI is not a medical device and does not provide medical, nutritional, or dietary advice. While we enforce the restrictions you specify as hard rules in code, we make no guarantee that any meal plan is safe, complete, or appropriate for any individual's specific health needs. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional regarding your or your family's dietary and medical needs, especially for serious allergies.
Subscriptions & Billing
MealNest AI is currently available on the FREE tier only, which has its own limits on family members and meal plan regeneration frequency. Paid BASIC and PREMIUM subscription tiers are planned but not yet available; when they launch, they will be billed and managed through our payment processor's hosted checkout and customer portal, and we will not process or store your payment card details ourselves. Nothing in this section requires payment today.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the service, including by attempting to access another user's account or data, interfering with the service's operation, or using the service for any unlawful purpose.
Intellectual Property
MealNest AI and its content, features, and functionality are owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. Meal plans generated for your account are yours to use personally; you may not resell or redistribute the service itself.
Termination
You may stop using the service and delete your account at any time from the Account page. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms.
Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, MealNest AI is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
